Founded in 2021, Junk Burgers reinvents the smash burger with a demanding, no-frills approach. Quality ingredients, precise cooking, a raw setting. The essentials, nothing more.
From the outset, the idea was clear: go back to the essentials. Every ingredient is carefully selected, every move matters, for a consistent experience both in the restaurant and through delivery.
The first restaurant opened on Rue Montmartre in Paris, in a space reflecting our vision: minimalist, direct, uncompromising.
Since then, Junk has expanded to several major French cities, opened in London in 2024, and in Dubaï in 2025. The ambition is clear: to establish Junk as a benchmark for smash burgers in the world’s leading capitals.
On the sweeter side, the group also launched Puffy, a New York–style cookie brand with an unmistakable texture – soft, crisp, and generous.
Growth continues, driven by the same standards and the ambition to secure a lasting presence in the world’s great capitals.
